Dynabyte -- 16K Dynamic RAM Board
This was perhaps Dynabytes most successful S-100 board.
The board was utilized by many people in non-Dynabyte systems. It contained
refresh logic completely transparent to 8080 systems and never generated a WAIT
state. It was capable of 1Mhz DMA.
The board used National Semi MM5721D RAMs. The lack of heat sinks on this
board is somewhat surprising! Other than that I have no information
about the board.
If anybody could share the manual please let me know.
